Shipping times, fulfillment origin, carrier options, and delivery requirements may vary depending on the product, supplier, warehouse location, order size, and delivery address.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Processing times may be longer for:

  • Bulk orders
  • Specialized or technical products
  • Products requiring supplier confirmation
  • Freight, oversized, or heavy items
  • Orders requiring additional verification
  • Items with limited availability

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary by product and fulfillment location.

Typical estimated delivery windows are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International destinations, if available: 10–20 business days

These estimates do not include order processing time.

Shipping to the United States

Novacore Industrial primarily serves customers in the United States.

Some products may ship from U.S. warehouses, while others may ship from international suppliers or fulfillment partners. Shipping origin may vary by product and availability.

International Shipping

Freight, Oversized, and Heavy Equipment

Some industrial products may require freight shipping or special delivery arrangements.

For freight, oversized, or heavy equipment orders, we recommend contacting us before placing an order to confirm:

  • Forklift availability
  • Liftgate requirement
  • Delivery appointment needs

  • Special handling requirements

Freight deliveries may require the customer or an authorized recipient to be present at the time of delivery.

Additional fees may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, missed appointments, re-delivery attempts, storage, limited access locations, or address changes after shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier, fulfillment origin, and shipping method.

For some freight or supplier-shipped orders, tracking may be provided through a carrier reference number, freight bill number, or supplier shipment update.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order, including:

  • Recipient name
  • Company name, if applicable
  • Street address
  • Suite, unit, dock, or building number
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Novacore Industrial is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, additional fees, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@novacoreindustrial.com. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery, restricted access, missed appointment, or failure to respond to carrier communication, additional shipping, return, storage, or re-delivery fees may apply.

Refund eligibility for failed deliveries will depend on the product type, order status, supplier terms, carrier outcome, and condition of the returned item.

Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments

Carrier delays may occur and are sometimes outside our control.

Novacore Industrial is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events beyond our control.

However, if your tracking has not updated for an unusual period of time or your order appears to be lost, please contact us at support@novacoreindustrial.com. We will review the shipment status and work with the supplier, fulfillment partner, or carrier when possible.

A shipment will not be considered lost until the carrier, supplier, or fulfillment partner confirms the shipment status or a reasonable investigation period has passed.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@novacoreindustrial.com.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of any inner packaging or protective materials
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A description of the damage

For freight deliveries, inspect the shipment before signing whenever possible. If visible damage is present, note the damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before accepting the shipment.

Please keep all packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed. Discarding packaging may limit our ability to file or support a damage claim.

Missing Items or Partial Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from different fulfillment locations.

If your order arrives incomplete, please check your tracking information first. Additional packages may still be in transit.

Order Changes After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address, shipping method, recipient name, or delivery instructions.

Carrier reroute requests, address corrections, or shipment holds are not guaranteed and may result in additional fees.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For orders shipped from international suppliers or to destinations outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, and related costs may apply.
