Refund & Return Policy

At Novacore Industrial, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing industrial equipment, technical tools, and operational supplies from our store.

Because many of our products are technical, specialized, high-value, or fulfilled through different supplier networks, return eligibility may vary depending on the product type, condition, order status, and supplier requirements.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, parts, labels, tags, and documentation originally included
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, installation, modification, calibration, contamination, or field use
  • Be approved by our support team before being shipped back

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Authorization Required

Before returning any item, customers must contact us at support@novacoreindustrial.com to request return authorization.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Any relevant details about the issue

If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers should not ship items back until they receive return authorization from Novacore Industrial.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items may include, but are not limited to:

  • Products that have been used, installed, modified, tested, calibrated, programmed, or assembled
  • High-value industrial equipment
  • Custom, special-order, configured, or supplier-confirmed products
  • Bulk orders or volume purchases
  • Freight, oversized, or heavy equipment orders
  • Electrical, electronic, measurement, inspection, or technical instruments once opened or used
  • Safety products, PPE, personal protection items, and hygiene-sensitive products
  • Consumables, spare parts, replacement components, or accessories once opened
  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, installation errors, or unauthorized repair

High-Value, Technical, and Specialized Products

For high-value, technical, specialized, or industrial equipment, we strongly recommend confirming all relevant details before purchase, including:

  • Product specifications
  • Compatibility with your application
  • Required quantity
  • Shipping destination
  • Estimated lead time
  • Warranty terms
  • Power, voltage, size, configuration, or technical requirements

Some high-value or specialized products may be eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

For these products, final return eligibility will depend on the item, supplier requirements, order status, and condition of the product.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@novacoreindustrial.com.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed, submitted to the supplier, packed, shipped, customized, confirmed, or placed into fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is not possible, the order may need to be handled under our standard return policy after delivery, if eligible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@novacoreindustrial.com.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any video evidence, if applicable

We may request additional information to review the case with the supplier, carrier, or fulfillment partner.

If the claim is approved, we may offer one or more of the following solutions:

  • Replacement
  • Repair support
  • Replacement parts
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Return authorization

Please do not discard the product or packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Missing packaging, missing photos, or delayed reporting may limit our ability to approve a claim.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect and the claim is approved by our support team.

Original shipping charges, freight charges, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, insurance, and related logistics costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

For approved returns, customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged and shipped with a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address during return shipping.

Inspection and Refund Approval

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected.

Refund approval depends on the condition of the returned item and whether it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

A refund may be reduced or denied if:

  • The item has been used, installed, damaged, modified, or returned incomplete
  • The original packaging is missing or damaged
  • Accessories, parts, manuals, labels, or documentation are missing
  • The product shows signs of wear, contamination, misuse, or improper handling
  • The return was shipped without authorization
  • The item is not eligible for return under this policy

We will notify you once the inspection has been completed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears on your account.

Novacore Industrial is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment processors.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for select products depending on availability, supplier terms, and product condition.

Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product and supplier.

If you believe your product has a warranty-related issue, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem
  • Any relevant usage, installation, or operating details

Warranty claims are reviewed case by case and may require supplier evaluation. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage caused by external factors.

Refused Deliveries and Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unavailable recipient, or customer refusal, additional shipping, handling, storage, return, or restocking fees may apply.

Refund eligibility in these cases will depend on the product type, shipping status, supplier terms, and condition of the returned item.

Restocking Fees

Some approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, especially for high-value, specialized, heavy, freight, or supplier-confirmed products.

If a restocking fee applies, we will notify you during the return authorization process whenever possible.
